You will have the opportunity to work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis, as well as assist in a more general capacity.

Type of work:
Carry out professional duties, responsible for group support/1:1 support, ensure the safety and welfare of pupils, small group work, reading, forest school opportunities, support class teacher in delivering lessons

Start Date:

September - assignments on-going

Rate of pay :
Minimum £87.96 per day

Hours:

08:30 - 16:00

EXPERIENCE

Desirable:

* Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (not essential)

* Experience of working in Primary Schools

* Experience of inclusive classroom practice

* An understanding/awareness of supporting SEND requirements

* Previous experience of supporting learning using a range of strategies, both with groups and on a 1:1 basis

* Drives (not essential)

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold right to work in the UK

Hold and enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application

Provide two professional child related references
