Position: Reception teaching assistant (Permanent)
Experienced Teaching Assistant – Reception Class (CF3)

Are you experienced in Early Years and looking for a fresh start in a warm, supportive school? We’re currently working with a lovely primary in the CF3 area who are searching for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support their Reception class.

About the role:

* Full-time position, Monday–Friday

* Supporting a busy Reception classroom with phonics, early numeracy, and learning through play

* Helping to create a calm, nurturing and engaging environment for the children

* Working closely with the class teacher and wider staff team

* Opportunity to get involved with small-group interventions and creative activities

What we’re looking for:

* Previous experience in an Early Years or Reception setting

* Someone patient, confident and able to adapt to the needs of young learners

* A team player who can build strong relationships with staff, children and families

* A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping little ones grow

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
