Education and Wellbeing Specialist (Bank – Wales)

Brook invites applications for the Education and Wellbeing Specialist role. This position supports two‑tier education and wellbeing services, delivering bilingual programmes to young people, professionals and parents, online and face‑to‑face, enhancing Brook’s income‑generating initiatives.

About the Role
  • Full‑time (37.5 hours) and part‑time options available. After successful completion of the probationary period you may join the 4‑Day Week programme.
  • Contract:

    Bank.
  • Location:

    Wales.
  • Salary:
    Standard bank payment rate.
  • Closing date: 15 January 2026.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and deliver educational, training, health‑promotion and outreach activities in both Welsh and English.
  • Collaborate with multi‑sector professionals, parents and caregivers to deliver engaging programmes.
  • Provide effective safeguarding support and maintain robust DBS procedures.
  • Support the development of Brook’s service portfolio and contribute to income‑generating initiatives.
Essential Criteria
  • Experience delivering education, training, health promotion and/or outreach.
  • Proficient in bilingual communication (Welsh/English).
  • Understanding of safeguarding procedures and DBS requirements.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
