The Role

Are you a qualified teacher with a knack for keeping young minds curious and engaged, even when the regular teacher is away? We’ve got the perfect gig for you.

As a Supply Teacher, you’ll step into classrooms across Cardiff and keep the learning going strong—an educational hero delivering great lessons one at a time.

• Bringing lessons to life with energy and creativity
• Following ready-made lesson plans
• Maintaining a positive, focused classroom environment
• Providing helpful feedback to the regular class teacher
• Collaborating with school staff to support every learner

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one with our help)
• Strong communication and people skills
• A solid understanding of the UK National Curriculum

• Experience with SEN students
• Extra certifications in subject areas
• Flexibility to adapt to different school settings

• Work in a variety of schools with different daily experiences
• Full-time hours with potential for long-term roles
• Free safeguarding & Prevent Duty training
