Contract: Full-time and part-time roles available

We’re currently recruiting Aspiring Teaching Assistants to support pupils in a welcoming and inclusive Special Educational Needs (SEN) school. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, patient, and eager to learn.

About the Role:

As an Aspiring Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting students with additional learning needs, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, communication needs, and social‑emotional challenges.
Your day‑to‑day duties may include:

  • Providing 1:1 and small-group support
  • Helping pupils engage with classroom activities
  • Assisting the teacher in delivering tailored learning
  • Encouraging independence and confidence
  • Supporting children with emotional regulation and social skills
  • Creating a safe, positive and nurturing environment
What We’re Looking For:

You do not need any qualifications or prior experience for this role. We’re looking for people who are:

  • Compassionate, patient and reliable
  • Willing to learn and develop new skills
  • Confident working with children or young people
  • Passionate about helping others reach their potential

If you have personal experience with SEN, youth work, coaching, care work, or volunteering, that’s a bonus—but not essential.
