We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed member of staff to join our established Inclusion team. Our team of Teaching Assistants works with students both in and out of lessons, provides support across the four areas of need and is a key link between families and school. Our team plays an active role in all aspects of the school and is integral to our inclusive culture.
Responsibilities- Set high expectations which motivate and challenge students in a productive learning environment
- Promote good outcomes by students, planning well-structured lessons
- Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge
- Adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all students
- Make accurate and productive use of assessment
- Fulfil wider professional responsibilities with high standards of personal and professional conduct
Hours:
32 hours per week, term-time only.
