As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be working within Primary School settings, supporting pupils with their learning and development. Roles may involve general classroom support, small group work, or one-to-one support depending on school needs. • Have strong experience working with children, coaching, or within a school setting
• Hold a qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning (desirable)
• Be confident, proactive, and adaptable in the classroom
• Hold an enhanced DBS
• Be registered with the EWC
