Primary Teaching Assistant Wanted – Barry Area

Teaching Personnel are on the lookout for a dedicated, hard-working & passionate individual to take on the role of Teaching Assistant in & around the Radyr area.

No teaching experience required

The working week will be between Monday – Friday starting at 8:30am & finishing at 3:30pm
.

• Supporting the teacher whenever required.
• Create a fun environment in the classroom for children to thrive.
• Develop a working
  rapport with the students.
• Provide a safe space for the students to develop their learning.
• Find an effective way to deliver feedback for the student’s efforts.
• Promote a child-led approach.
• Deal with potentially challenging behaviour.

• Have a positive, energetic & patient mindset.
• Have a passion for helping others.
• Want to enhance every child’s learning experience.
• Be comfortable in a school setting.
• Have a strong motivation to improve their own skills in a learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
