Aspire People are looking for a passionate and experienced KS2 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school in Cardiff. If you're dedicated to fostering creativity and academic growth in upper primary students, this could be the perfect role for you!

As a KS2 Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to shape the educational journey of young learners, inspiring them to reach their full potential and instilling a love for learning that lasts.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach a broad curriculum to students in Key Stage 2, ensuring lessons are engaging and accessible

Plan and deliver effective, creative, and well-structured lessons

Support the development of literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking skills

Regularly assess and track student progress, providing feedback that aids their development

Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students feel supported and motivated

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school's teaching and learning culture

Key Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Experience teaching in a KS2 setting is preferred but not essential

Passion for working with upper primary students and supporting their academic and personal growth

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to develop creative and engaging lessons

A positive, patient, and adaptable attitude
