Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high‑quality KS1 lessons across various subjects
  • Create engaging and interactive lesson plans to suit a range of learning styles
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports both academic and personal growth
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and guardians to ensure every child's success
  • Contribute to the school's wider community and ethos
Key Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in a KS1 setting is preferred but not essential
  • Passion for working with young children and inspiring a love for learning
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
  • Organisational skills and the ability to plan and deliver creative lessons
