Aspire People are looking for dedicated Secondary Supply Teachers to work in schools across Cardiff. If you're a qualified teacher who enjoys variety and flexibility in your work, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Supply Teacher, you'll have the chance to support schools in delivering high-quality education while working in a range of secondary school settings. You'll work with students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, delivering pre‑planned lessons and helping to ensure that classes run smoothly.

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons across various subjects (depending on your specialism)
• Support students' learning in KS3 and KS4 classrooms
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure students stay on track with the lesson
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment
• Adapt to new school environments, ensuring you integrate well with the team

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in a secondary school setting (preferred but not essential)
• Strong classroom management and adaptability to different teaching environments
• Passion for teaching and motivating students
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
