Team Educates is recruiting passionate teaching assistants who speak fluent Welsh or attended a Welsh-medium primary/secondary school. We work with several Welsh-medium primary schools in the Cardiff area who are looking for enthusiastic teaching assistants to join their school and support children through the medium of Welsh.

• Experience working with children
• Exceptional communication skills
• Empathetic and nurturing characteristics

• Supporting the class teacher with the work set out for the day
• Ensuring the classroom is tidy
• Delivering activities to small groups of children
• Offering support on a 1:1 basis
• Using your own initiative
• Developing literacy and numeracy skills through the medium of Welsh

• Enhanced DBS Check – we can help process one for you
• Registered with the EWC – we can help get you registered
• 2 years’ worth of professional references
• Over 18 years old
• Fluency in the Welsh language
