Competitive, dependent on experience.

• Teach a broad curriculum to students in Key Stage 2, ensuring lessons are engaging and accessible.
• Plan and deliver effective, creative, and well‑structured lessons.
• Support the development of literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking skills.
• Regularly assess and track student progress, providing feedback that aids their development.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students feel supported and motivated.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school's teaching and learning culture.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in a KS2 setting is preferred but not essential.
• Passion for working with upper primary students and supporting their academic and personal growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop creative and engaging lessons.
• A positive, patient, and adaptable attitude.
