• Strong classroom presence and confident behaviour management
• Passion for helping students succeed across all subjects
• Awareness or experience with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
• Familiarity with the Welsh Curriculum (desirable, not essential)
• Flexibility to work across various secondary schools in Cardiff

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
• Two recent teaching references
• Up‑to‑date CV
• Recent safeguarding training (we can provide this)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
