Experienced Teaching Assistant

We’re working with a fantastic primary school in CF24 who are looking for an experienced, energetic, and hands‑on Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a school that values enthusiasm, teamwork, and people who genuinely get stuck in — whether that’s supporting in class, running small group interventions, or providing 1:1 support where needed.

The ideal candidate will have solid classroom experience and be confident working across all age groups. You’ll bring a calm, adaptable approach and be able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff alike. The school are particularly keen to meet people with a background in sport, coaching, or active learning — someone who knows how to motivate and engage children through movement and teamwork as well as classroom learning.

• Supporting pupils in class and leading small group interventions
• Providing targeted 1:1 support where needed
• Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities

• Has experience working in a school setting or youth/sports environment
• Can work confidently across Foundation Phase and KS2
• Is proactive, dependable, and enjoys being part of a close‑knit team
• Is ready to roll their sleeves up and make a real difference
