Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the Vale of Glamorgan
. This is a long-term, full-time position offering the opportunity to become a valued member of the school team and make a real difference to pupils' learning and development.

The school is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who is confident supporting children across the classroom, working closely with the class teacher, and helping pupils reach their full potential.

• Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities
• Working with pupils in small groups and on a one-to-one basis
• Supporting pupils with literacy, numeracy and general classroom learning
• Helping to maintain a positive and structured learning environment
• Assisting with behaviour management and pupil engagement

• Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is desirable
• A positive, patient and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to support pupils with different learning needs
• Reliable and committed to a long-term role

• Competitive daily rate of £92.50
