Pay: £89.38 per day (£13.75/hour) | Weekly Pay | Immediate Start Available

No teaching qualifications required — just enthusiasm, great communication skills, and a commitment to helping students thrive.

• Supporting teachers in the classroom
• Working 1:1 or in small groups to re-engage students
• Assisting with behaviour management and calm de-escalation
• Helping pupils with focus, routines, and emotional wellbeing
• Adapting quickly to different school cultures and expectations

• Confident drivers willing to travel daily across RCT
• Patient, approachable, and calm under pressure
• Strong communicators with a proactive mindset
• Reliable and flexible team players
• Experience in youth work, coaching, care, or similar (school experience a bonus)
• Passionate about making a difference in education

• EWC registration (School Learning Support Worker category)
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
• ✏️ Two recent references
