• Competitive Daily Pay - Earn £172.98 per day and above, depending on your level of experience.
• £250 Joining Incentive - Receive £250 after completing just 10 shifts on short or long-term supply assignments.

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Work closely with SENCOs, support staff and external agencies.
• Support pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and moderate learning difficulties.
• Promote inclusive practice and positive behaviour strategies.
• Contribute to pupil progress reviews and individual development plans (IDPs).

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) recognised in the UK.
• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) is essential.
• Experience working with pupils with Additional Learning Needs in a secondary setting.
• Strong behaviour management and differentiation skills.
• Patience, resilience and a nurturing approach.
