They are seeking an adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistant to develop and implement inclusive activities tailored to pupils with diverse abilities, including profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), autism, and severe learning difficulties (SLD). The role requires close collaboration with teachers and senior leaders to prioritize pupil wellbeing.

• Genuine desire to inspire pupils and motivate staff
• Ability to manage challenging behaviour
• Ability to listen to and understand pupils' individual needs
• Resilience and ability to differentiate teaching
• Previous experience is essential

Teachers £166, Cover supervisors £110, Teaching Assistants £80
