ALN Teachers Needed in Cardiff - September Start!

Aspire People are recruiting dedicated and adaptable ALN Teachers for a range of roles starting this September.

We have long-term, short-term, full-time and flexible opportunities available to suit your experience and availability.

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to ALN/SEND pupils
• Support learners with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
• Work 1:1 and with small groups to support progress and engagement
• Collaborate with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and wider support staff
• Create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Monitor and report on pupil progress

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working with ALN/SEND pupils is desirable but not essential
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A patient, flexible, and nurturing approach
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or willing to obtain registration
