Chemistry Teacher - Cardiff (Fixed-Term, September Start)

We are recruiting a passionate and motivated Chemistry Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Cardiff on a full-time, fixed-term basis starting in September.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on students' learning and confidence in Science within a well-established and collaborative department.
The Role- Teach Chemistry across KS3 and KS4
- Deliver engaging, practical and theory-based Science lessons
- Plan, prepare and assess high-quality learning
- Track pupil progress and support achievement
- Manage classroom behaviour positively and consistently
- Contribute to a supportive Science department
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Specialism in Chemistry or Science with strong Chemistry subject knowledge
- Experience teaching KS3/KS4 (ECTs welcome)
- EWC registration or willingness to obtain registration
- Strong classroom management skills
- Fixed-term full-time role starting September
- Supportive and well-resourced Cardiff secondary school
- Engaged and mixed-ability student cohort
- CPD and professional development opportunities
- Dedicated consultant support throughout placement
