You’llwork closely with the Centre Manager to lead a team of Tutorsandgrowyour centre through new member acquisition andbydeliveringanexceptional service for families.

• Driving membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events
• Maximisingprofitability through debt and revenue managementandoptimising staff efficiency
• Delivering excellentfamilyand member experiences from first enquiry through to long-term progress
• Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently
• Leading, coaching anddevelopingyour
  
  Tutor team to deliver outstanding learning experiences for members
• Championing safeguardingbyprioritising the safety and wellbeingofevery child in your care
