Location: Cardiff & Caerphilly, South Wales
Pay: £120 per day (Weekly PAYE Pay)
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Contract: Part-Time, Term-Time Only

We're partnering with a welcoming secondary school in the Cardiff and Caerphilly area to recruit enthusiastic Sports Coaches and Student Support Assistants. This opportunity offers flexible, term‑time work where you can gain valuable experience working with young people while developing your coaching, leadership, and education skills.

As a Sports Coach & Student Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting PE lessons and practical sports activities
- Assisting with team training sessions and extracurricular clubs
- Encouraging participation, teamwork, and positive behaviour
- Providing coaching support to individuals and small groups
- Helping students build confidence, resilience, and healthy habits
- Supporting learning and engagement across the wider school environment
- Assisting staff during sports fixtures, tournaments, and school events
- Ensuring equipment is used safely and sessions run effectively
- Acting as a positive role model for young people
