Role Overview

Welsh‑speaking primary teachers are needed across Cardiff and surrounding areas. We are recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Welsh‑speaking Primary Teachers to work across a range of Welsh‑medium and bilingual primary schools throughout Cardiff, Caerphilly, Vale of Glamorgan, and surrounding areas. These opportunities are ideal for early career teachers (ECTs), experienced primary teachers, and teachers looking for flexible work or long‑term placements. Flexible, full‑time, part‑time and short‑term placements are available.

• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons through the medium of Welsh.
• Create a positive and supportive classroom environment.
• Adapt lessons to meet a range of learning needs.
• Support pupil progress and wellbeing.
• Work collaboratively with school staff and parents.
• Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management.

• Fluent Welsh speaker.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• EWC registered or willing to obtain registration.
• Passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Relevant classroom experience desirable, especially for ECTs.
