£120 per day | Full-Time | September Start
Are you passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and making a real difference in the classroom? We are seeking a confident, patient, and adaptable individual to join a specialist provision in Cardiff this September.
This is a full-time role for the academic year (with potential to extend to two years), offering a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils who have complex needs in a supportive, well-resourced environment.
About the Role
Full-time position starting September for the full academic year (potential extension to 2 years)
Working Monday to Friday, 08:15am – 3:15pm
Based in Cardiff (CF14)
Supporting small groups of around 10 pupils with complex needs within a specialised base
Delivering and assisting with multi-sensory learning approaches, particularly in Maths and English
Leading small group interventions and adapting learning to suit individual needs
What We’re Looking For
A confident and patient individual who can lead and support small groups effectively
Experience working with pupils with additional needs, including learning difficulties and complex needs
Ability to deliver targeted interventions and adapt teaching strategies
Minimum of A-levels (or equivalent)
Experience in primary or secondary settings (supporting pupils working at a primary level is desirable)
HLTA qualification is highly desirable, though strong relevant experience will also be considered

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
