As a Supply Teacher - Consistent Work, you'll quickly build lasting relationships with schools that regularly request you for future bookings.
Whether you're covering planned absences, training days, PPA time, or stepping in at short notice to support schools during unexpected staff absences, every day is an opportunity to showcase your skills. Rather than constantly working somewhere new, many of our teachers enjoy returning to the same schools across Cardiff, creating consistency for both themselves and the pupils they teach.

We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A passionate and adaptable Teacher
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
A reliable and professional approach
A desire to work across a variety of schools in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan
Essential Requirements
Enhanced DBS Certificate
Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
