As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping children succeed academically, socially, and emotionally by working closely with the class teacher to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

• Support pupils across the classroom with their learning
• Provide 1:1 and small group support where required
• Assist in delivering lessons and activities
• Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage engagement
• Support children with additional learning needs

• A positive, enthusiastic and caring attitude
• Experience working with children (school-based or similar)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine interest in education
