The Role
Teach within Further Education colleges and post-16 settings
Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons within your specialist subject
Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
Differentiate teaching to meet individual learner needs
Promote positive behaviour and professional standards
Support learners in progressing to higher education, apprenticeships, or employment

Who We're Looking For
Relevant degree, vocational qualification, or significant industry experience within your specialist subject
Teaching qualification (PGCE, PCET, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent) desirable, although not essential for some vocational areas
Experience teaching, training, coaching or assessing learners within FE, post-16 or adult education
Strong communication, organisation and classroom management skills
Passion for supporting learners to achieve their potential
Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or willing to obtain registration
