CIPD Lecturer

Salary: £48,041 - £50,941 per annum

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable CIPD Lecturer to join our Higher Education and Professional Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the next generation of HR professionals through high-quality teaching and industry-informed practice.

In this role, you will deliver engaging learning across classroom and online environments, supporting adult learners to achieve and progress. You'll play a key part in shaping the curriculum, maintaining high standards, and contributing to continuous improvement.

• Deliver engaging CIPD teaching
• Support learner progress and wellbeing
• Plan, assess and provide feedback
• Contribute to curriculum development
• Maintain quality and compliance standards

• HR or related qualification (Level 5+)
• CIPD membership (or working towards)
• Teaching experience with adult learners
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Confident using digital/online platforms
