Halwin School is a small rural primary school in Porkellis, north east of Helston, within the historic Wendron Mining District. The school values a kind and caring environment, close partnership with parents, and makes extensive use of outdoor spaces for learning.

• Support the delivery of provisions outlined in children’s Individual Education Plans and Educational Health Care Plans.
• Collaborate with colleagues across ages and subjects within the school and across the Crofty Schools group to contribute to a cohesive learning community.
• Engage in a comprehensive professional development programme, participating in CPD activities and contributing to shared good practice.
• Promote a positive, inclusive classroom environment where children feel valued, confident, and motivated to achieve their best.

• Successful Disclosure & Barring Service check and satisfactory references are required.
• Commitment to safeguarding, welfare of children and young people, and equality principles.
• Experience and enthusiasm for working with primary‑aged children.
