Independent Training Services (ITS) seeks an ALS Student Support Worker to join our Employability Skills and Apprenticeships provision across South & West Yorkshire. You will provide personalised support to learners with additional needs, helping them access programmes in a supportive and inclusive environment.
You will manage a caseload, monitor progress with SMART targets, and assist during assessments, while collaborating with curriculum staff to promote independence, confidence and success
