Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to work full-time in a welcoming two‑form entry primary school in the CF3 area of Cardiff starting in September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys supporting young learners at the beginning of their educational journey and is looking to join a supportive and experienced Early Years team.

• Supporting pupils within the EYFS classroom.
• Assisting the class teacher with engaging and creative learning activities.
• Working with small groups and individual children to support their development.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting a nurturing learning environment.
• Supporting children's social, emotional, and academic development.

• Has experience working with children, ideally within an EYFS setting.
• Is patient, caring, and enthusiastic.
• Has strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Is committed to helping every child reach their potential.
• Holds a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
• All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.

• Full‑time role from September.
