EYFS Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to work full-time in a welcoming two‑form entry primary school in the CF3 area of Cardiff starting in September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys supporting young learners at the beginning of their educational journey and is looking to join a supportive and experienced Early Years team.
Responsibilities- Supporting pupils within the EYFS classroom.
- Assisting the class teacher with engaging and creative learning activities.
- Working with small groups and individual children to support their development.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting a nurturing learning environment.
- Supporting children's social, emotional, and academic development.
- Has experience working with children, ideally within an EYFS setting.
- Is patient, caring, and enthusiastic.
- Has strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Is committed to helping every child reach their potential.
- Holds a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
- All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
- Full‑time role from September.
