• Work with schools and Further Education colleges throughout Wales and Southwest England to raise awareness of higher education opportunities, focusing on music and drama.
• Provide information, advice and guidance to students, parents, carers and influencers under the leadership of the Student Recruitment Manager (UK).
• Build, manage, maintain, and develop strong relationships with teachers, advisors and key partners.
• Support activity and event planning for prospective students in community settings, and help deliver workshops and events for schools, colleges and youth groups on campus.
• Promote the College’s training offer, and collaborate with the Advancement Team in producing marketing materials to support student recruitment and engagement in schools and colleges.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of contacts and interactions with young people using the CRM software.
• Collaborate with the Open RWCMD department to build relationships in local settings to facilitate outreach activity participation.
