We are looking to recruit a Welsh Medium Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a full‑time, long‑term role starting in September. The successful candidate will support teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, deliver interventions, cover classes when required and work closely with teachers to ensure pupils receive the highest standard of education.

• Support teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
• Deliver targeted interventions to aid pupil progress.
• Cover classes as needed, ensuring continuity of learning.
• Collaborate closely with teachers to implement effective teaching strategies.
• Apply Welsh‑medium teaching practices and promote the Welsh language and culture.

• HLTA Status or a relevant Level 5 qualification.
• Fluent Welsh language skills, both spoken and written.
• Experience supporting teaching and learning within a UK primary school.
• A strong understanding of the Primary Curriculum across KS1 and KS2.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• A positive, flexible and proactive approach.
