The Education Network Birmingham is seeking a qualified SENCO to join a dedicated SEN school as Assistant Headteacher from September 2026. The role focuses on leading SEN policy and provision, improving pupil progress and safeguarding across the school.
You will work with the SLT, staff, parents and outside agencies to ensure cohesive, well‑planned SEN support, strong leadership, and a culture that removes barriers to learning for pupils with additional needs.
