As End Point Assessor in Business Administration, you will work with Apprentices and their employers to plan and conduct End Point Assessments. Your responsibilities will include:
- agreeing on a schedule / completing planned assessments in the learner’s workplace
- carrying out assessment activity (face-to-face & electronic )
- decision-making against a recognised assessment plan
- completing IT and paper-based report documents
- grading assessments and providing feedback
- confirming grades and pass / fail judgements on a range of work-based evidence

As End Point Assessor ( Business Administration ) you will have current, hands-on, professional experience in the Business Administration sector. As a Level 2 Business Administration team leader/manager and qualified as an experienced, qualified Assessor ( Level 2 / IQA ), you will also have:
- knowledge of IQA assessment processes / observations
- experience of professional discussions and reviewing learners’ showcase of evidence
- ability to work autonomously, in line with an operating framework
- awareness and understanding of learner difficulties, disabilities and social needs
When uploading this post we noticed a distinct lack of what we would consider required qualifications. To be an Assessor you would need to hold either an;
A1/2, D32/33, or CAVA which we have a link to HERE . Similarly so, to be a FE practitioner, in other words, a Trainer, you should hold at a minimum the AET (Level 3 Award in Education and Training). The position does not ask for these so do not feel deterred to apply if you do not possess them. However, it is in our professional opinion you need to have either qualification before applying.
