Revised Recruitment Group is recruiting a confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join the team inCardiff Secondary Schools for the full academic year. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience working with young people to gain valuable classroom experience within a successful and supportive secondary school environment.

• Supervise classes during the absence of the class teacher.

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson activities across a range of subjects.

• Ensure students remain focused, engaged and on task.

• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school expectations.

• Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and engagement.

• Support a positive and productive learning environment.

• Experience working with young people in a school, coaching, youth work or similar setting is desirable.
