Cardiff and Vale College is seeking a Junior Apprentice Welfare Officer to join our Junior Apprenticeship team, supporting KS4 learners with welfare, attendance and engagement in a safe and supportive environment. This is a fixed-term role ending February 2027, with a pro rata salary based on a full-time equivalent of £33,447–£35,756 per annum.
You will coordinate learner support plans, monitor wellbeing, and act as a key contact for parents, schools, and external agencies, ensuring learners
