We’re looking for a Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our Hollies Day Nursery in Cardiff. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in children’s lives while building a long-term career in a supportive and close-knit setting.

Level 3 Early Years Educator
Up to £27,809.60 per annum
Cardiff – on-site carpark

What you’ll do:
  • Deliver engaging learning experiences in line with the Welsh Curriculum
  • Support each child’s individual development and wellbeing
  • Build positive relationships with families and colleagues
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding and care
What we’re looking for:
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years
  • Strong knowledge of child development
  • A team-focused, proactive approach and passion for learning
Nice to have:
  • Paediatric First Aid qualification
  • Experience supporting children with additional needs
  • Familiarity with digital learning journals or nursery software
