- Support learners with their progression into employment, apprenticeships or further study
- Relevant degree, vocational qualification or significant industry experience within your subject area
- Teaching qualification such as PGCE, PCET, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent is desirable, although not essential for some vocational subjects
- Experience teaching, training, coaching or assessing learners is desirable
- Strong communication, organisation and classroom management skills
- Passion for supporting learners and delivering high-quality teaching
- Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or willing to obtain registration
- Full-time, part-time, long-term and flexible opportunities
- £28-£40 per hour depending on qualifications and experience
- Opportunities across Cardiff colleges and post-16 settings
