Elite Hotels (Rotherwick) Ltd. is seeking a part-time Training Officer to embed our culture and service standards across the property.
You’ll design, deliver and support learning activities through on-the-job, online and classroom training, working with HR and department heads to translate programmes into consistent floor performance. The role covers induction, compliance and customer service training within a hospitality setting, and includes mentoring apprentices to complete their programmes.
