Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate and adaptable practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs. This community-based role extends beyond traditional classrooms to create safe, engaging learning experiences and to build trust with vulnerable learners.
You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, monitor progress, complete risk assessments, and work closely with families and regional teams.
