The Role

Plan and deliver engaging lessons within your specialist subject
Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
Differentiate teaching to meet individual learner needs
Promote positive behaviour and professional standards
Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
Support learners with their progression into employment, apprenticeships or further study

Who We're Looking For

Relevant degree, vocational qualification or significant industry experience within your subject area
Teaching qualification such as PGCE, PCET, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent is desirable, although not essential for some vocational subjects
Experience teaching, training, coaching or assessing learners is desirable
Strong communication, organisation and classroom management skills
Passion for supporting learners and delivering high-quality teaching
Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or willing to obtain registration
