TEAL is seeking an experienced Estates/Facilities professional to join the Shared Services Team in a newly created role. The Trust Estates Manager will translate the estates strategy into operational deliverables for each school and ensure consistent delivery of policies, procedures, KPIs, and training across school premises teams.
Based at the Teacher Development Centre in Melton, the post will require travel to other TEAL schools.
