Cardiff West Community High School is seeking to appoint an outstanding Assistant Headteacher on a fixed-term basis to cover the secondment of the substantive post holder.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced middle leader looking to take the next step into senior leadership, or for an existing senior leader seeking a new challenge within a dynamic and ambitious school.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will contribute to the strategic leadership of the school and play a vital role in driving school improvement, supporting staff development and ensuring the very best outcomes for our learners.

Under the Teacher and Higher Education Act 1998 and the Teachers (Compulsory Registration) Wales Regulations 2000, every qualified teacher, who is employed in a maintained school must be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
