Shiplake College is seeking a motivated CCF School Staff Instructor (SSI) to start as soon as possible. The role is a 2.5‑day-per-week commitment during term-time, plus 2 weeks, with flexible working days;
Wednesday and Friday availability would be advantageous.
Based near Henley‑on‑Thames, the college will focus on RAF and Royal Navy sections from Sept 2026. You will help run cadet training to develop confidence, leadership, resilience and teamwork, supporting pupils to reach their full
