Salary: £500- £530 per week

! We are searching for an enthusiastic and driven Graduate Academic Coach to join the EYFS team in a supportive primary school in Brierley Hill (DY5). This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience working with EYFS students and is ideal for anyone interested in pursuing a career in education or psychology.

- Work directly with students
, providing tailored support both individually and in small groups - Lead engaging intervention sessions designed to help students reach their full potential
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to help create individualised learning plans that support the specific needs of each student
- Help monitor and track students' progress, ensuring they are receiving the support they need to thrive
- Liaise with parents to improve children's attendance
- A degree with a 2:2 or above is required
- A genuine passion for supporting young people students
- A proactive, creative, and adaptable approach to learning and teaching
- An ability to inspire and motivate students, creating a positive, supportive environment
- Previous experience in a TA or SEN role is a plus, but not essential - we'll support your development
