Shiplake College seeks a motivated CCF School Staff Instructor (SSI) to start ASAP. The role is 2.5 days per week during term-time with 2 extra weeks, with flexibility in days. Wednesday and Friday availability is advantageous.
It sits within our CCF contingent focusing on RAF/Royal Navy from Sept 2026. The successful candidate will help develop pupils through cadet training, building confidence, leadership, resilience and teamwork in a structured school environment.
