Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time
Pay: £463.15 per week
Teaching Personnel is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils across all primary age groups
. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is passionate about helping them achieve their full potential.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside class teachers, support learning in the classroom, and deliver small group and one-to-one intervention sessions to help pupils make progress academically and socially.
- Supporting pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
- Delivering targeted intervention sessions in literacy, numeracy and other curriculum areas.
- Providing one-to-one support where required.
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
- Helping to create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
We welcome applications from candidates with a range of relevant experience, including:
- Previous Teaching Assistant experience.
- A degree in Education, Psychology, Childhood Studies or a related subject.
- Experience coaching children's sports teams or leading youth activities.
- Experience working with children in schools, nurseries, clubs, camps or community settings.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's development and learning.
- Competitive weekly pay of £463.15.
- Full-time work, Monday to Friday.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
