We're looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Learning & Development Advisor to join our People team.
In this role, you'll work with colleagues and managers across the organisation to identify learning needs and design and deliver high-quality development solutions that support individual, team and organisational success.
You'll have the opportunity to create engaging learning experiences using a variety of methods, including virtual and face-to-face training, e-learning, videos and digital resources. Working closely with stakeholders across Hafod, you'll contribute to building a culture of continuous learning, professional development and digital confidence.

This is a part time (32hrs per week) maternity cover role for 9 months with hybrid working arrangement.
What you'll be doing- Partner with business areas across Hafod to identify learning and development needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Design and deliver engaging learning programmes using a blend of virtual, classroom and digital learning approaches.
- Facilitate training events, workshops, team development activities and leadership programmes.
- Support apprenticeships, work experience placements, volunteering initiatives and colleague development programmes.
- Monitor learning compliance, maintain accurate training records and support the continuous improvement of learning activities .

What you'll bring- Experience in designing and delivering both virtual and face-to-face learning and development activities.
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong digital skills, including the use of Microsoft Teams and other learning technologies.
- The ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and adapt to changing priorities.
- A commitment to continuous learning and development, with a passion for helping others grow..
